Energy Assessors

 
Our Search Pack service to Energy Assessors is simply based on quality of service and value. Make your HIP our top priority and give yourself complete flexibility.

If you or your client already have lease or other documents in your possession then that’s fine we can upload them into the pack and save you a few more pounds. Why pay for something that is already available?
For energy assessors, if you supply us the PIQ form & EPC we can sell you the other elements required to complete your HIP at just £138.00 plus VAT, providing you a great mark up for selling your own HIPs, supply us with your own front cover and make it your own with our white labelling service.
Please note we have a secure site with no pricing structure for your clients to view their HIPs and get updates as documents are uploaded. Therefore you can charge your own prIce for your HIP with confidence & branding it with your own covers.  
The only other delay to be aware of can occur when a property is unregistered or no title is available. We can normally get a response from the Land Registry in 3-4 days but again this can vary. If you can supply a O/S plan marked in red as this is also required. 

What we do

  • We have an un-priced site for your clients to view their HIP allowing you to sell with confidence
  • Provide a simple transparent pricing structure
  • Provide regular updates on progress VIA email to you and your client (if an email address is provided) whenever a document is uploaded
  • Make the HIP available to you via logging into your account. A hardcopy of your completed HIP or EPC is available if needed, please note we try not to print off docs as we are an enviromentaly friendly company
  • We can use your own design front cover for the pack to personalise it to fit your company profile
  • We aim to get a property ready to market within 24 hrs
  • We can advertise you firm free of charge on our site
  • When we are instructed by you your orders are confidential as we are members of the ICO

We can provide you with “other” searches that your client may require with regard to their purchase, making us a one stop shop for all your needs. Please call if you do not see the search document required in the Pick 'n' Mix page.

What we don't do

  • Undertake conveyancing work
