Estate Agents - How we can Help!

Our Home Information Pack service to Estate Agents is simply based on quality of service and value. Make your HIP our top priority, and give yourself complete flexibility.

We have a large panel of energy assessors to choose from using Local people.

If you or your client already have lease or other documents in your possession then that’s fine we can upload them into the pack and save you even more money. Why pay for something that is already available?

We also recognise where delays can occour when trying to get a house on the market. For example PIQ forms, how can we make this a faster process?

As our energy assessors are one of the first visits required, we can take a PIQ form with us on our site visit and assist your clients with filling out the form. Alternatively you can post this to them for our assessors to collect so the EPC & PIQ are completed in one go rather than you chasing the client, or copy and pasting the files to send to us. We feel this would be a great benefit which will help speed up production of the first HIP or marketing HIP. We see this as an integral part of our service.

We aim to complete an EPC within 24 hrs of receiving your instruction, this is how we can get you on the market fast. However this is subject to your clients avalibialty of course.

The only other delay which can occur is when a property is unregistered or no title is avalible. We can normally get a response from land registary in 3-4 days but this can vary. If you can supply a O/S plan marked in red which is also required.

We at FastHips UK believe in supporting local business relationships between estate agents, solicitors and surveyors, We understand most agents want to use local surveyors and solicitors. By supporting the nomination of preferred Home Inspectors and Solicitors we are also supporting the existing reciprocal local relationships that provide the best personal local service to customers.

If you supply us the PIQ & EPC we can sell you the other elements required to complete your HIP at just £138.00 plus VAT, giving you a great mark up for selling your own HIPs. Supply us with your own front cover and take advantage of our white labelling service to make it your own,

Please note we have a secure site for your clients to view their HIPS and get updates as documentss are uploaded with no pricing structure. Therefore you can charge your own price for your HIP with it branded with your own covers.

What we do

We have a site for your clients to view their HIP and you can sell with confidence as no prices are shown on the site.

We will also:

Make your HIP our top priority, sourcing searches and DEAS - home inspectors if needed in-house and from across the market
Provide a simple transparent pricing structure
Provide regular updates on progress VIA email as a new document is up loaded to you and your client if an email address is given for them
Make the HIP available to you via logging into your account. A hardcopy of your completed HIP or EPC is available if needed, please note we try not to print off docs as we are an enviromentaly friendly company
We can use your own design front cover for the pack to personalise it to fit your company profile
We aim to get a property ready to market within 24 hrs
We can advertise and promte your firm free of charge on our site
When we are instructed by you, your orders are confdential as we are members of the ICO

We can do commision for HIPs, but you will need to call for more information

What we don't do

Try to sell other services to your client (without your permission)
Undertake conveyancing work
