If you do have an unregistered property you can ask your solicitor to do this or we can assist. We have a maximum charge of £75 depending on information that you hold or can obtain for us. |

Will your HIPS allow you to market straight away? |

From the 6th April 2009 you will need to have the following items in place before you can market your property:
- Sales Index
- Sales Statement
- PIQ Form Completed
- Energy Performance Certificate
- Title or similar search for unregistered property
- Local Searches - Personal or Official
- Water and Drainage Searches
Note there are 28 days to produce the Local, Water and Drainage Searches.

How do we know which HIP company to use? |

There are lots of HIP providers in the market place, and like choosing any other type of company we would recommend that you pick a company that looks professional and supplies a good service at a competitive cost. |
