Solicitors - How we can Help!

Our Home Information Pack service to Solicitors is simply based on quality of service and value. Make your HIP our top priority, and give yourself complete flexibility.

We have a large panel of Energy Assessors to choose from using Local people.

If you or your client already have a lease or other documents in your possession then that's fine, we can upload them into the pack and save you even more money. Why pay for something that is already available?

We understand the importance of a solicitor's involvement in the HIP production process. From interpreting the search results and home condition report for consumers to arranging any additonal searches or enquiries as required. We also have our Pick and Mix area where additional searches are available. We endeavour to make our packs as easy to read as possible containing as much informative information as is available.

We also recognise where delays can occur when trying to get a property on the market. For example, PIQ forms, how can we make this a faster process? 

Our Energy Assessors are one of the first people to visit the property and they can assist your clients in filling out the PIQ form. Alternatively the PIQ form can be posted to the client for our assessors to collect thus allowing the EPC and PIQ form to be completed in one go. This removes the need to chase the client for information and ensures we get a copy of the PIQ form. We feel this service would be an ideal benefit which speed up production of the First or Marketing HIP and we consider it integral to our HIP process.

We aim to complete an EPC within 24 hrs of receiving your instruction (subject to client availability). This is how we can get you on the market fast!

The only other delay to be aware of can occur when a property is unregistered or no title is available. We can normally get a response from the Land Registry in 3-4 days but again this can vary. If you can supply a O/S plan marked in red as this is also required.

  • We can advertise your firm free of charge on our site with a logo which links to your company with your conveyancing
  • When we are instructed by you, your orders are confdential as we are members of the ico
  • Reciprocate business wherever a preferred solicitor is not nominated

What we don't do


  • Undertake conveyancing work
  • Try to sell other services to your client (without your permission)
